Hey folks, I just got a table that I am refurbishing and I'm not sure what it is exactly. any help is appreciated...slate is three pieces about an inch thick. I will post some pics of it as it was set up before I broke it down later today.

This is my first time working on a table so any suggestions are welcome (threads to read, things to look out for, etc.)
I will have to def replace the rails, they are hard as a rock in places... currently trying to figure out what to order for replacements.

I can't seem to find any pics online that match this design for the frame, other gold crowns Ive seen on here have more cross bracing, what's up with that?

Brunswick Superspeeds are a factory fit on that table. That table will play great if you get everything done correctly! Take your time, ask questions and research!! Good luck.

Cool table,
What's with all the burnt black, was it in a fire or something.

Lol, originally it was black and gold best I can tell… it has like 3 heavy coats of various color paint on it I’m striping off
While you have it apart, have you thought of having the metal Powdercoated? It really makes the project come together and is very durable. LOOKS GREAT and allows for a custom look.
Links to my restoration work, most of the Gold Crowns have powdercoating on the metal.

Yes, I got them all mostly paint striped and power washed off and a lot of the gold plating has come off and for some reason someone decided to take a grinder to one of the corner pocket castings so powder coat is def gonna have to happen. unfortunately I don't have Facebook so I can't see those
