yep. in swedish we say "fart hinder" or "fart gupp".
also ones labor union here is referred to as "facket", pronounced "f*ck it" in southern swedish. which pretty much sums them up nowadays.
Used to do fartlek training back in the 80's and 90's.

yes, it's a common exercise in youth soccer here along with "the idiot" where you run back and forth like an idiot
