That’s a monster margin for any pool match at any level of skill.
SVB had 10 8&out to chip 3 8&out. That says a lot right there. Only 3 8&out in 34 games is not good. Seems like chip wasn’t playing good or SVB just Moved so good that chip didn’t have many offensive chances. SVB isn’t known to be a great mover(not a knock) SVB is a shooter. So likely chip offensive game wasn’t there.
It happens sometimes great players can have a off session or 3.
I liked SVB’s end on this before it started. But I didn’t think he’d win by this much. And I don’t think he would win this big if they replayed it in a month. I still think SVB has the best of it for sure. But this is a anomaly not a expected result.
I watched SVB beat Alex 40-20 in 10B at cue club one night about 10 years ago. Just wasn’t Alex’s night. I think it’s the same with chip. Just wasn’t his time. He’s capable of putting up much better numbers and playing better.

I did t watch it, but when ⅓ of the wins are 8&out or better, it’s clear SVB beat him to the shot and did what he does-runs out.
The worst way to try and beat SVB 1P is play a attacking offensive game unless your Gorst or Filler or Denis. Out moving SVB is possible for a few players and out shooting him for even less players.
