Well all, I have been informed by BobCAD that they do not transfer licenses. I'm not sure what you have to do if your PC crashes or you upgrade.
So I had to let Doug know and return his Paypal.

You don’t have to say you are transferring, you just have to say that your PC crashed and work with Douglas on the email he will get so you can activate the license. The more you say the more they will know.

This is exactly why I have version 20 with a crack file. Load the software on any computer and run the crack file and it is fully unlocked.
I bought version 18 and it was very buggy till they hired someone that knew how to program microsoft apps. I then bought verson 20 and later came across the crack file. The version 20 runs fine and does any 2D operation I need to do. I can not understand a company that would sell you the right to use their product then later take it away.
