Valley sells it. But honestly, if you decide to go that route, it would be more cost effective to just get another table.
Alternatively, you can get sheets of countertop laminate

If you have the capabilities, automotive paint works well. I sprayed my entire GCI in primer, base and clear. I've had the cueball bounce on the rails without any noticable damage.

And it's beautiful.

There is no "pre-cut" laminate. You cut it after you install it.
