Posting very late here but Tony delayed my cue also and I asked for a refund, which he did Send in 2 parts.
He then tried to sell the cue later on facebook, but I believe he advertised it as not being his cue or sth like that. It had holly points with rosewood forearm and butt. I found that very weird.
