What would be the point of playing safe if he already had ball in hand? Don't want to be unfair to Earl as he may have seen something I don't see (probably did). But this decision looks like either a failure of nerve or a failure of cognition.
 
I am not sure I watched a match and I have watched a few where I was pacing... SVB / SKY beat Filler Shaw 5-0.
 
Can't wait to see all the comments on the poor sportmanship of the US team for celebrating like that before the last ball...lol
 
With regards to prices, concession stands at sporting/social events have been charging a ton for years.
Most people who attend these events have money to burn and it doesn't phase them.
But no one is forcing you to be there or buy the products...
 
America TEAM aren't that great imo I dunno how they got picked.

Shane is great.
Skylar Woodward is brilliant.

Only 2 good players in team USA, the others are unreliable.

who picked Domingaze or Styler or Earl? I mean Earl is great in the 90's not anymore.

And Domingaze & Styler arent that good.....aren't there enough players in the USA? Its a big country how can a big country not have 3 great players like Shane and Woodward?

Tyler has been pretty good this year. Justin Bergman and Josh Roberts could also be on the team which would make them fairly close to team Europe. Earl was still jam up in the 2000s, but it’s unfair to have someone in their 60s try to hang with the best in front of 2500 screaming fans, imo.

More or less the current state of US big-table pool. Tyler has performed well on the world stage imo and has earned his spot. Oscar runs a business and doesn't play that much. Shane Wolford has had a good yr. and should have been picked imo. European pool is just light-years deeper right now and will be for some time. Hell, Poland could field their own MC team.

I like Justin Bergman, that man is a beast....Its mind bogling to me....Tyler or Oscar??? instead of Bergman? come on.
