Reversing a refinish.

I have a couple of better vintage cues that have been refinished.

They look great, but they look like brand new, modern cues.

Is it possible to reverse the refinish to make them look like they’ve aged naturally with appropriate patina?

Butts with clear finish if taken cared of properly should not have a patina as the clear finish should not age, unless it is lacquer, shafts do get dirty with use...
