Dan Harriman's Cue Sports Prep Academy

LOL, when I first saw this thread I thought someone created it as a joke. Since I have the OP blocked I didn't see the first post, only the drivel in the following pages.

However, this is real - as in REAL. LMAO...lord help us.
Blocking Justnum is a crime against humanity!
You should be ashamed!

Ha ha ha!

Well, not REAL as in The Academy exists...but real as in 3 people have a shared delusion about it.

Harriman Academy readership is growing faster than the editorial staff can produce work. If anyone is interested in organizing a writing group or newsletter DM.

Mr Harriman wanted to dedicate this release to players from countries around the world. It focuses on getting to them as people not as ratings from a pool tournament.

Let's celebrate George Washington Day at the Academy. Fictional, narrative and autobiographical submissions were collected from students and shared. The listed author name is to protect the identity of the writers.

Lol.

You lost credibility at World Champion.....

Interesting development for the battlefield for being punished economical..
It's called losing the bet..

In George Washington's day, remind me what the punishment was for trying to pay using fake currency?

The Harriman Academy is starting an arts program. The value of past, current or future students is undefined.

The best measure of value for a community is in its art. There is a growing community in the Academy that produces art. The goal of the Academy is to create artwork of pool players.

Every structure has its history. GW would have wanted pool players to create their own currency. In todays world that means selling books, essays, or art.

Losing the bet is losing a battle. Its a common tactic that Generals observe smaller skirmishes to look for tactics they can exploit. The Harriman Academy teaches future leaders how to start wars and stage battles to advance the frontline. A loss today can translate into permanent wins for the future.

For the state of New York, have you legally complied with the state of New York to register this Academy?

I'll draw your attention to this section:

Commissioner’s Consent to Nonpublic Schools, Nursery Schools, Preschools, and Related Entities Seeking Incorporations under the NYS Department of State.

To incorporate as a for-profit by the New York State Department of State, schools must seek and obtain the Commissioner’s Consent from the State Education Department when the proposed corporation has educational purposes and/or uses terms associated with education in its name, such as school, academy, nursery school, preschool, etc. Similarly, schools seeking to file amendments, e.g. adding grades or changing address, if incorporated by the Department of State, must also obtain Commissioner’s Consent.

To obtain Commissioner’s Consent, a petition and fee should be submitted to the NYSED Office of Counsel, 89 Washington Ave., Room 146 EB, Albany, NY 12234. Information, including sample forms and associated fees, can be obtained on the New York State Education Department’s Office of Counsel’s website.

We plan to make the process of becoming a national accredited and licensed Academy into a documentary. Before this process begins the Academy is seeking strategic partners to help finance and begin the lobbying process in America for formal recognition of the US government and Library of Congress to acknowledge billiards as part of American history.

Would you like to purchase a table at the next fundraiser? Those offices you listed required paperwork. Completing paperwork is expensive in NY because the paperwork officials charge high rates.

The future of pool is counting on you support the US based movement for billiards recognition at either local, state or federal levels.

I will do one better.
I will report this thread to New York state, they can ask the site owner about you.
Dan's name is already known.

After that, you can either drop this act.
Or
Actually register an Academy in New York.

Big boy ball is in your court.

To build support for the effort the Academy is looking to build a partnership with a billiard table manufacturer, recreation or community centers and local pool players.

The idea of creating spheres of influence to establish baseline levels of pool participation and interest are needed. The strategic plan is use increasing demands in pool tables and pool participation to lobby as a political force.

After ensuring pool tables and places exist for players then we will use that constituency to lobby Congress.

The current phase of development is to look for sponsors to donate new tables to rec centers. Then have local pool players serve as ambassadors or provide clinics. After we establish the minimum number of signatures to impact local policy then we will push for the next strategic mission.

Too many programs start up but never last because the infrastructure programs do not exist early enough.

1. Get others to provide the capital.
2. Exploit others to do the work.
3. Profit.

Sounds about right.

The last effort to promote billiards for the Olympics was a disaster. The lessons learned from that public failure was people need to take ownership for guiding their local pool scene.

The Academy will provide the direction, educational material, instruction and an online community. The groundwork done by those before us is good.

If pool will be remembered as the first major sport broadcasted from the US, then we need to start teaching that history and empowering people to take control.

It starts with connecting industry with supporters and communities in need. From these communities will rise the future leaders of the billiard industry.
