As many of you know, I'm blessed with a wife who not only gives me Ginacues for anniversaries, she also has this habit of actually listening to me when I ramble on about pool and stuff, capturing the off-handed comments I throw out during dinner she deems important enough to remember.
A few months back I mentioned I had seen a beautiful Jill Hawk case listed on the For Sale Forum here and told her I would have bought it but it had a handle and I prefer my pool cue cases with just a strap. So flash forward a few months and we're down in Mexico on vacation and it's Valentines Day and Gail gives me this little box. And inside are two photos she's glued together of the front and back of the Jill Hawk case she ordered from Jill and her husband Clyde and is waiting for me at home. No handle : -)
We just got back to St. Louis and I've gotten my mitts on the case and it is gorgeous -- the workmanship, impeccable.
It's a 1x2 and light as a feather. Gail said Clyde was a pleasure to work with and the final product speaks for itself.
