I agree- she made uncharacteristic errors. Perhaps she was tired. She is 55 years old now

Yeah, quite amazing. The only other woman pro player at that level that’s remotely close to Allison’s age is Kelly Fisher, and she’s 10 years younger.

Allison does seem to have trouble winning in the final rounds in recent years. In all fairness however, the level of competition she’s now facing in those late rounds is so much stronger than it was when she owned the women’s tour her first 20+ years over here, and that was after dominating the women’s European snooker scene the previous 10+ years before that.

If she’d had this quality of competition in her earlier years on tour that she was dominating, I truly feel she would’ve raised her game to an even higher level.
