I’ve tried many tips and settled on soft tips that on the more firm side of the soft category for the Revo 12.9

When I used to play with SW’s, it was 13 mm maple shafts with a medium tip. I’ve always used a nickel radius so I just stuck with it on the Revo as well.

Predator recommends a dime radius so I’m incline to think that Predator has put enough time into the Revos to come to that conclusion. They were right about putting a soft tip on the Revo’s, especially the 12.9. The sound shaft makes with a medium tip is awful.

What’s everyone’s preferred tip radius for the Revo’s and which diameter do you have?
 
I played with a revo for 6 months and switched to the Cynergy.
I found that softer tips and the dime worked better with CF than hard tips with a nickel I used when playing 13mm maple shafts.
I am still playing milk duds, just softer ones now.
 
The stock tip works fine. I have used a Triangle. That works fine.

Radius … Nothing specific.

I'm using a nickel radius on a 12.4. I use the edge/ off center of my tip a lot. I did try using the dime radius like predator reccomended and the amount of issues i had using that radius i went back to the nickel. I say use what you feel comfortable with.

Curious what the issues were. Any insight would be appreciated
 
I have a couple of 12.9 Revos and I use Outsville Techno duds is all of them. All of my shafts use a nicke radius. The smallest diamater shaft I use is the Tiger Fortis 12.5.

My tip of choice now is HOW Titan soft. Before that, I kept going back to the Predator victory soft. I tried zan hybrid max , zan premium soft, kamui athlete, and How medium. Kamui athlete being the absolute worst.
 
I have the 12.4 & 12.9. At the moment the 12.9 has a pressed triangle and the 12.4 a WB. I like the wb more lately but both are great for me. All my tips are a dime radius.
 
Absolutely personal preference. I use a 12.9 REVO with a fairly flat tip profile, so nickel or even quarter. I also think high-end tips in general are overrated and you can play just as well with any tip that is properly maintained.
