Haha I really enjoyed movies or shows with hustlers in them growing up, so I don't perceive it as a negative so much (but then I've only seen the less-seedy TV side of it)... I know that hustling is basically the same as a 'con', but where I am from we just had 'con men' selling things who are 'bad guys', hustlers on the TV are usually the protagonists.

There's a lot to be said for heart first. Musicians learn that way. "This is the way." as the Mandolorians say.

I'm not smart enough to hustle haha the heart isn't first for any other reason than it gets in the way! Temperament is probably the thing I have been working on most. I think I have all the tools, but it's allowing myself to put them all together, or staying strong If I go a few racks down, or have bad luck/rolls. this is where I think I have made the most progress, and still need to progress further.
