I read up on this cause I thought it was satire, but its real. However it is indeed a "fart tax" instead of a "burp tax." The articles talk about methane levels and cow don't burp methane.

There are a few nice courses near us. We visit them often but never play golf. We go out in the evening and walk on the paths. Sometimes if I get lucky I get to practice my putting.
