Help with cue ID --- Adams?

I picked this up recently and am trying to get an ID on it. There is no logo. My first instinct was an older Adams but a knowledgeable cue dealer didn't think so. I've browsed catalogs online but can't find one exactly like it. It has some elements found on the Adams JR-12 but has other bits that the JR-12 doesn't have. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Many thanks to everyone who responded! I've never heard of Robert Weir but now that I have a name, I looked him up in my Blue Book. Is it strange that there is no Flying W logo on it? Blue Book says his cues were marked with that.

your cue looks like most of the original finish and the logo have worn off.
