What Ever Happen To Crown Cues... Gene La Viness Cue Maker out of Broken Arrow, OK???

Was rearranging some cues in my collection, to make room in my case for a new cue and shaft from Newsheriffintwn. When I found a Crown Cue, I still have.
Anyone still shooting with a Crown Cues?

He lost his shop yrs back and retired. Was either a fire or a storm. He had heart issues as well. His LinkedIn shows he's a writer now.

Storm, But He rebuilt. My Cue Got done just before the storm. Health in Families.. Yes. I knew his wife was a writer, But didn't know he was!

Also Knew their son was building cues, before joining US Navy.

5,000 is insane. His cues were 'sorta' popular with the trick shot crowd. Very few pool players used them. He would never come in where i play 'cause back then it was smoking. He went to QSpot which was more family oriented. Nice guy and he made unique looking sticks. He's on FB if you want to contact him.

Agree about the Trick Shot crowd and a few Carom Players. I know his crown cues website show photos of storm damage to his shop. Did check his FB out
