In case anyone wants to know when you buy from this guy he will tell you his name is Chris Mills but his paypal says Jay Allen which is a name Forney used in some back and forth E mails back when he scammed me on a lathe. He moved from Watkins Glen to Ithaca a while back but it's the same scumbag. I don't care how many good transactions this guy has had he's still the same Jeff Forney as always. BTW Forney was born in 1969 anyone want to bet it was on June 26th? Thus the numbers in his fake name here.
 
Refund was issued weeks ago.

I was not notified until yesterday that refund was issued. No contact from yourself or paypal/credit card place etc.
And just because its not, "the big heist of the century", does that mean its fine cause its only a hundred bucks? Simple question posed as rhetoric.
Now im the bad guy?, cause I had to chase you to make it right. "Refund was issued weeks ago", only because I reported it after you went silent.
Im finished, as it will likely not lead anywhere else, and become another cliche' for why people fear doing business online, and especially on az with this new/old trend of scammers here.

Probably refunded by PAYPAL...forcibly, not voluntary and NOT initiated by you, otherwise you would have said that. Plus no explanation as to why you could not deliver on the goods....even after being called out. Scammer piece of S****....same ole forney, just rinse and repeat,,,,,,
