Nice, are you happy with the carpet tile, are they commercial?
Yeah, I'm happy with them. Without them the room echos like crazy. They're just 24"x24" tiles from Home Depot. Easy to work with and you can replace individual ones if they get wrecked.

Favorite room of the house!
There are a lot of beautiful rooms on here that don’t look like a place I want to play. Kind of like that living room in rich houses that no one uses lol yours is not one of them…I could happily live in that room with all the natural light , cool seating and memorabilia. great room

Thanks!!

So I might have posted this room before but I’ve added some things and I also wanted to show that not all our rooms are beautiful rooms. Lol some of us just have our own private place to put some work in every day. Sometimes I looks at pics and think I wish I had a big house with a big beautiful pool room but then remember there are millions of pool players out there that would kill for what I have. Be grateful!
Btw I just picked up that diamond light from a pool hall in Baltimore. They had hand made lights made to put monitors on for streaming so they were selling off a bunch of diamond lights cheap. $300! A steal! Litteraly a couple tiny marks on it from years of use that were easy to make disappear.
I do want to put some base molding down eventually and paint but every time I think about taking all the stuff down to paint it makes my head hurt so I tuck it away into the thing to do some day file 😂
I did run heat and ac out here also. The hardest part was that garage door. I can’t close it off because if I ever move that’s the only way out for this sexy beast. The electric heater is a little extra help in the winter but the ac freezes you out in the summer so that’s been great.
Your "poolroom" is fancy compared to my unfinished basement. The only thing that keeps me from "finishing" up the half where the table resides is me I guess. Maybe I just like my Turkish prison motif, who knows??:unsure:

I dig the bare-bones aesthetic. I have drywall, carpet and a bathroomand recessed lighting...and don't need it.

Me it’s lazy lol I just don’t want to spend my day off tearing all that shit off the walls. primer and paint It.. that’s painting twice. Once is bad enough 😂 I’ll hire someone at some point

Is that pool table in the kitchen, literally? lol

Yeah, I like those chairs also, what is the story with those?
No, it is an actual game room in my house. It does have a mini kitchen and full bathroom. I could literally make the wife mad and stay in there for months.

Love those old folding chairs!
T

The chairs came out of an old movie theater. I built the base that they are sitting on. Each chair has a pull out in the base for your feet.
