Scammers hijacking accounts

so how do they hack them in a personal phone call which anyone that doesn't want to be scammed would do before sending any money.

if you are stupid enough to send money to a screen name and that's all you know about them you are a prime target.

Prolly should of said a video call, as well as a picture of them holding the cue, a piece of paper with current date with the cue and pay with G&S

All good ways to protect yourself

If they aren’t willing walk away unless you hate your money
 
and add a credit card for double protection.
and anyone that wants friends and family dont do that. first it isnt right you are cheating paypal. and he is also involved and is doing it so he has no liability to you.

and the phone call gets you his number to google him and can easily find out lots about him.
