Yeah, they make tube blanks bigger if you want a larger diameter for a playing shaft.
Pechauer have a break shaft with a 13.25 tip diameter and a 17 inch taper with various joint options that could work well as a player.

its gonna squirt a lot if you use a cf break shaft. to get a good playing cf shaft that big it would have to engineered from the get-go with thin walls at the tip end. i hit balls with a revo breaker just for shits-n-giggles and it wasn't horrible but it deflected way more than any cf player i've hit.
12.9 is about as big a cf playing shaft i've seen. that's pretty good size. for me 12.8 is the ticket.
After using 12.5 for the past 6 weeks, I went back to the Revo 12.9 and could say that I’ve rediscovered it. Love how it plays and feel, going to be my main player next week on my league playoff and next season

it should be, it says on thee website that the uni-loc shaft is .840″, you can messure your cue at the joint to be sure.
The raven break shaft is also .840" and it fits flush on my BK2
There's a listing on Facebook that says they have 13.3mm and 13.9mm blanks.
