Meucci Factory Cue Repair

Has anyone sent a cue directly to Meucci for refinish or repairs since the new owners have taken over? If so can you comment on the quality of the work and the time it took to get your cue back as I am considering using them for few cues I have.

Thanks

I've heard its way better/faster under new owners. That being said i'd still go with my man Cody Cash(PK Custom Cues) in Wichita or Proficient.

Cody quoted me a 12-month backlog on new cue orders and four to six months on repairs...

If you want something back sooner, it's going to have to be Proficient.

good to know. Cody Cash does fantastic work and is pretty damn fast. I've sent others his way and all were happy, some even ordered new cues after dealing with him.

I have 6 currently at Meucci and they have done 5 in the last year.
They are doing phenomenal work currently and none of the old issues seem to be present. Darren is the one I always speak with. Great advice and easy to work with.

I have had cues refinished a proficient as well and they are outstanding.

Meucci is definitely the cheaper of the two.

McDermott does great work but in my opinion are too expensive unless I need a D, C or B series butt cap I would never have them refinish a cue and I have had them do several.
