I used it once and thought it was a little bit harder to stretch than 860. I thought the stretch lines show up easier than 860 also.just a wag here but seeing its 85/15 i'd venture it stretches much like regular 860.
Sounds like a good plan, let us know how it goes.I will have one to install a bit later to make test, I have no real answer anywhere, so I will find the index like the RKC method, but in proportion not necessarily the full stretch less 3/4 inch, I will compare the full stretch with Simonis and go in proportion, I think that will a good strarting point. Also I never seen anywhere where anyone talk about to not stretch the cloth in a proportion of 1 to 2, width vs length,
but in reality wherever the cloths are stretched in this ratio of 1 to 2, after a period they become loose in the width direction, it's not a dream its the reality. And if we take the measurements of the table, the measurements are not 1 to 2, everyone knows that, a 9 foot table measures 57 x 107 and not 57 x 114, the next cloth I will index it in proportion of 57 x 107 and not 1 to 2 and check the result.
Yes, it seems a completely different matter than the Simonis and the Royal has less nylon than the Competition, so may be less stretch too than the Competition. I was thinking of making the side pockets before stretching the 2 ends, we did it on 860 and it went very well.I just did a Valley with the CPBA competition cloth yesterday and it doesn't stretch anything like the Simionis 860HR I put on my own table. The 1"/2" numbers might even be a bit tight. Be sure and adjust for the side pockets as well, the amount to change for Simonis will in no way work with this.
