Joss HP shaft question

Im looking at the joss HP shaft & wondering if anyone out there has played with one & can describe the length of the taper. I prefer at least 13 to 15" & also your feeling of how the shaft plays.

The HP is a great shaft. The one i tried had about 10-12" taper. They can make one anyway you want. Pretty low deflect. for a wood shaft. Didn't feel weird/boardy like some low def. shafts.

I have 2. I'll measure them and get back to you. Excellent playing shafts. Can't go wrong here.
Both of mine run 12" including ferrule and tip.

I own and regularly play the HP shaft…I’ve got one in kielwood and on in rock maple. Not sure what you’re after, but both of mine are 12.75mm at the tip, the taper is on the money, and the hit is solid. Until recently, I was parlaying LePro tips on these shafts. I just discovered Kami clear tips, and I’m not looking back. Deflection is low, and craftsmanship is quality. I feel Iike you can’t go wrong. That said, I have not played a wide array of low deflection wood shafts, so your mileage may vary, as they say.

Just give the Joss shop one of your shafts with a taper that you like and they will duplicate it for you.
