Hi All, I bought a new custom cue and I like the cue other than the slight wobble I notice in the butt and when put together. I'm debating whether I should return it since I got it at a good price. I think the joint pin may be misaligned. I took a few photos trying to show what I mean.

Was part of your "good deal" to get a misaligned pin?
 
Judging by the photos, you'll likely find that the pin is relatively centered to the face of the joint collar, but was installed off center to the butt of the cue. The maker appears to have sanded with the pin in a collet and tapered part of the joint collar. If your deal was 'good' enough, you got what you paid for.

I think it’s the table, sell it (especially if it a GC IV) and buy a Diamond table. I heard that will fix anything, even a bad break!
