Yes I think that's true for BCAPL.Is it true that any team would go to the BCA national?
These TAP national teams won an 8-16 team bracket to even play there, plus teams might have not made the regional bracket.
your are correct it was the bca back in the 90s that was that bigACS was created in 2004/2005, and I don't think it has ever been big.
Can see from compusport (8-ball teams at national event),
151 teams in 2012
189 teams in 2016
177 teams in 2024
I didn't even think about that. Good question. I'm thinking of possibly a TAP league again for this year. Did USAPL last year and the league operator let everything go as far as sandbagging and other BS. The local TAP owner here has a reputation for not letting that stuff go.Fast forward to Aug 2025...
I know by default that they don't - but has anyone ever played in a TAP league that reports to Fargo? Is it possible?
I don't know of any and don't know if it is possible. To go into FargoRate the league would have to be run in FargoRate LMS software. Because TAP has its own software, I assume the results would need to be entered a second time.Fast forward to Aug 2025...

Thanks. I guess that currently rules out most TAP leagues from reporting to Fargo...I don't know of any and don't know if it is possible. Since TAP has its own rating system and handicap I doubt they will ever report to Fargo.Thanks. I guess that currently rules out most TAP leagues from reporting to Fargo...
Who knows - in 10 years time all the various leagues might have a 'report to Fargo' button in their software. Stranger things have happened.
