Cuetec avid replacement bumper

Does anyone know where I can get a cuetec avid bumper replacement? OEM preferred. I can't find them anywhere. I'm happy to buy used.

The knockoffs aren't rubber on the end (that I've found). This makes a hard sound when bumping the floor and slides on smooth surfaces.

they probably dont sell replacement parts for the cheaper models

Be as brutal as you like as long as I find a replacement bumper! I did not contact them directly YET, but but I have now, per your link (thanks). I see sold out almost everywhere online except for one place that looks like a scam.

Do you have the duo extension? Because if you don’t they sell ( at least used to) a duo with adapter bumper for cue techs with the older bumper/ extension. If you like the avid and don’t have the extension you need it. It does cost you more because you are getting the extension, not just the $10 part.
