ID vintage mystery Helmstetter cue

I recently came into this super clean vintage Helmstetter in a trade for a guitar I was selling on FB. It came with the other vintage cue with green on butt cap and the vintage case pictured. I have spent way to much time trying to find another Helmstetter like this one. No Adam logo, just the name in gold on the forearm. I also saw very few old Helmstetter cues with a black butt cap, Adam of no Adam. If anyone can help me get a positive ID on this cue, it would be VERY appreciated. I could only upload 10 images, so will post another with more pics right after sending this.

looks like a case to me. the cue is a basic entry level Helm. Finding info on these is almost impossible. Very few catalog/brochure pics out there. the black cap isn't all that rare btw. lot of Helm's had them.

Green cue looks like a Rich-Q, but could also be an ADAM

Could easily have had Chinese sub-assemblies then finished in Japan. depends on the year, iirc ADAM started using Chines/Taiwan stuff in mid 90's. the ADAM/Helm guys on FB would know for sure.
