He did not have enough time for this, the clock was ticking and he got no extension.Tyler should have demanded the ref silence the crowd and gather himself again. His mistake.
I didn’t like a draw on the eight.

Could he have went forward on the 8?
Honestly though, pressure is one thing, and crowd being mean and yelling non-stop is another........If I have zero pressure, and crowd yelled at me like this on a semi-tough shot, ill miss it like there's no tomorrow.Wow. Missing that nine was brutal. Some players thrive under pressure some crumble.![]()
He could have. Probably would have bumped the 9,but knocked it toward the corner.Could he have went forward on the 8?
On this side of the pond, cue sports are relegated to ‘game’ . Europe and Asia have elevated cue sports to ‘sport status’.Forget about 'team'. I'm more entertained by the notion of 'sport'....lol
A baby could've ran out from there. It was a gift-wrapped layout.either way, it began with the 7... it was really a tic tac toe out
I said this when they did it to him during the first 9 ball of this match, but he made it and smiled. There is a difference between rowdy and sharking and in that match, the ref was complicit.
What a POS.
Tyler is supposed to make that ball regardless but that really is despicable.
He had a slight angle, so it still would have been a cut into the other corner pocket, and that cut can get sharp pretty quick. Hard to say what the right decision was without being at the table. I didn't like having to back cut the 9 like that either though. Why didn't he stop the fking ball after making the 8, and make the easy 9 in the opposite corner. This guy makes the weirdest end-game decisions. He would've never been faced with such a tough 9 if he went with the simple shot. I knew he was gonna try to be a hero.
You would have pooped your pants trying to get out on that stage, as would most of us. Let’s be real.A baby could've ran out from there. It was a gift-wrapped layout.
The Euros don't. Stop making excuses, he choked. He is a choker, there's no way around it. I haven't seen anyone dog it on this level in a long time. You would have pooped your pants trying to get out on that stage, as would most of us. Let’s be real.
And I would've pooped my pants on the lag. I'm not a pro.You would have pooped your pants trying to get out on that stage, as would most of us. Let’s be real.
That crowd was brutal. But it wasn't the crowd that caused it to go from 4 - 2 to a loss.yes I agree with JolietJames, its' not pressure--- its just sharking from the EU fans, thats brutal and yes the ref just didn't do nothing to them probably that was a new rules for Mosconi Cups given by Emily i am just guessing here because years ago, I remember Mosconi fans used to yell and shout but during the SHOT the ref keeps telling them to be quiet which is how it should even today but probably these rules have changed and the EU fans are the best in sharking.
