Tiger pro low deflection

Can somebody explain what Gradual Taper means? Im after a shaft with a conical or European tapered shaft. Looking at the Tiger pro low, and they say "Gradual Taper" 12.00mm does that mean conical?

Only seen one. Tapered kinda like a PredZ to me. Conical-ish for sure. Not a pro taper. There's a pic illustration on their site showing this shaft compared to a true conical. https://tigerproducts.com/collectio...products/tiger-pro-super-low-deflection-shaft If you want true conical you probably should look at 3c shafts.

Some call the same taper conical, but in reality it is just a gradual taper. We normally call European conical taper about our CLD shaft for Carom. The Pro shaft just gradually gets thinner to 12mm that’s why we call it gradual taper.
