Cuetec isn't a full 3/8-14 as Mr. Webb already has explained to you.
But if you need a Cuetec maintenance arbor, just order one, they are readily available and work well.
If you want to know the specs, just measure a pin yourself, it's not that difficult, O.D, minor and TPI and you're in business. Write down the specs so you have it for future reference.
A tread gage cost less than $20 and you can find good thread micrometers on eBay for about 50 bucks.
Essential tools in my opinion.
As Sheldon mentioned, save pins you pull, so you can keep them for future jobs or turn them in to maintenance arbors.
