Just looking for some info. Anyone know about / dealt with these guys?

Facebook

Interested in buying a cue. PayPal G&S but still don't want to deal with dispute headaches if it turns out to be a scam.

Thanks in advance.

meanwhile, in today’s news: “Meta’s China ad engine earmarked more than $3B from fraudulent scam ads” https://www.reuters.com/investigati...m_source=twitter&utm_social_handle_id=1652541

Facebook is literally a scam site. Don’t support them. Buy from a legitimate vendor.

I am aware of that and don't like FB for multiple reasons. I prefer to pay for a product than to be the product. I don't do FB and never used big social media platforms in general. Problem is there are some legit vendors and cue repairmen known to me who unfortunately choose to use FB (almost exclusively) as their main business communication vehicle. I had no other efficient way to get in touch w/ them. So I set a FB account, disabled every manipulative and privacy invasive feature I could, and used it solely for the limited purpose of FB Messenger communication. I have not bought anything from their marketplace yet. Doesn't look very promising at this point..

Thanks for all the replies.

Having a WhatsApp phone number is a huge red flag. Almost certainly a scammer.

Might just be an Asian culture thing.
Long nails means you don't do hard work with your hands.
