I’m always interested to see what people got lol It’s ok if you bought it for yourself. I was going to buy myself a new p3 but didn’t really find a deal I thought was worthwhile Lol my wife and I just buy little things for each other so we don’t go crazy for christmas. I tend to treat the super billiards expo like my Christmas 😂 The picture for my pool room my wife took the time to actually make for me which I thought was cool. The necklace is sterling silver. the pool ball key chains were her getting them and realizing they wouldn’t work for the picture she was making 😂

Happy christmas azb people.

Bought a Whyte Triple 60 30" shaft to complement the Whyte break shaft I got two weeks ago and have been super impressed with.

Also bought an adapter for every joint pin in my collection so I can move the shaft around.
What brand of joint pin adapter did you buy? Thanks.

Wife and I bought dog toys for our pups, and an ashtray cupholder and seat covers for our Honda ACTY Kei truck.

Pool-related I gave myself the gift of taking something away: removing control of my shots. I have worked on relinquishing control of my stroke to my subconscious. Finished third, $, in Scotch Doubles 8-ball tournament/Christmas party Tuesday night (35 teams).

Got my @$$ kicked last league night (was beat rackless in 9-ball then got beat rackless in 8-ball.) Brutal. Embarrassing. Wanted to quit.

That was a gift in that it was a wakeup call to GTFO of my head and to finally learn how, once down on the shot, to think about anything other than how to make the OB. Not how my elbow feels, or my shoulder, or my grip, or my feet, or…..

Remarkable how well that works when I let it happen: no verbal thoughts, just imaging the shot picture and letting it happen.

Hopefully this is the beginning towards getting off my crap performance plateau and moving up…

It wasn't really Christmas related, but I spent $1900 on cue building supplies and equipment. I've been saving for months and got a little bonus at work too. Now all I need is a band saw and a dust collector. Found a 14" Delta on marketplace for $450, looks brand new with extra blades, planning on picking it up Tuesday. I'm still researching and learning like crazy but getting close to being set up enough to build a whole cue. I'm excited and a bit nervous! :)

Our microwave crapped out after about 10 years so my wife and I got a new microwave for Christmas. 😅 It's been a hectic month with family health problems so we didn't really do much regular Christmas shopping other than for the younger nieces and such.

Nothing yet, but I’ve got my eyes on an unreasonably expensive piece of wood I plan to send to a cuemaker friend to work his magic.

My wife gave up trying to get me cues years ago after a search for “bluegrass cues” bore basically no fruit, and she just encourages me to get them myself now. I appreciated her trying.
