Insane Flea Market find

Thank you very much in advance !!!! The local guy who had been recovering the bar pool tables just had a lung transplant of all things !
I tried sending him a text message then followed up with a phone call to check up on him without any answers or responses from him .
Rusty I've got cloth for you. Tell me how much you need and double it incase you make a mistake. Message me your address. It's green if that is ok.

I'm surprised you didn't find any Toam chalk offered for sale cheap . as for the cloth I'd like to find a small square maybe a foot of it just to use for practice jumping a cue ball . then another to line a cue case with for my sneaky Pete cue .

One of these days I'll come across some for both .

Darn nice find !
These are nice to have if the cloth is too thick to get the reaction you want. I like them.

As many of you know I live in a pool waste land where we no longer have any billard supply store to walk through to see the latest and greatest .

Who has these shark skins for sale ? What a reasonable price for one ?

I have 2 shark skins that came with a template rack I got. Use them all the time but they're about worn out.

A friend gave me a bunch of coffee filters that work just as well and are a lot cheaper ($6.49 for 500). Here's something similar I found on Amazon. They come in several different diameters, and some are ultra-thin -- search for:

Generic Aeropress‑Compatible White Round Filters (2.5") — NO HOLE

Rusty I saw some you had some other offers for scrap cloth but I'll throw in also. I will probably have some tan and blue scraps here shortly if those colors are of interest

Darn good idea on the bar coasters ! I honestly didn't think of trying them.
They actually work.
I don't use em, but other guys do

You won't have to worry about digging out from under the snow Rusty. These guys are gonna bury you in cloth!!!😆
I'll send my big scissors!!👍🏻

Well Jason , you must of never met the guy who runs the company who owns all the pool tables around here , they at times think these bar box tables are gold ! Even if when you pocket a object ball instead of it ending up in the slot behind d the Plexiglas it comes out in the ball return , or hangs up under the edge of the pocket cup , which some have a tack on each side to hold the cup in the pocket right ? Well I've seen the head of the tack bent over on some of them so if you tried to catch the ball you could cut yourself or the balls could get scratched, .

That's been awhile ago and it was finally fixed , but I did fix the chrome strip on the head string end as the holes for the screws were loose !
Which is just normal stuff to fix .

You can use a simple piece of paper for break cloth or jumping practice. I used paper all the time when my cloth was new but ended up with marks in all other locations so I gave up.
