Help with opinions about O'Min, or Cueroc pool cues?

Description below of O'Min 19" carbon-fiber tube inside 29" maple wood shaft. Seyberts and Ozone Billiards sell O'Min cues with CF/Maple combination shafts but don't describe them. This figure is from a German website and is of O'Min model F2. Note part of shaft is a vacuum and no mention of anything inside that --- part of the shaft is hollow and airless.

why would it be vacuum? they probably just don't know the difference between air and vacuum in translation

Ever read the descriptions of cues/shafts on most(all) asian sites?? makes no sense most of the time because the auto-translate they use is way off kilter. You can't take these literally.

That is really interesting. I still wonder if their Carbon Fiber shafts are high quality though. Comparable to the other mainstream / expensive shafts on the market.
