(Edit - I did a google search for this site only on this subject and got a lot of hits. Not so much using the search in the forum)
I think I got all the info I needed. Definitely a better way to search.

Thanks

I only search using Google (or other browsers) but search specifically on this site to get my results. The search feature on AZB is pretty terrible and you can't search three letter words or less.

There's an addon for firefox that lets you create custom search engines. You can simply highlight text and then select the engine you want to use. It's incredibly useful once you learn to use it. 2 clicks and you're searching the site of your choice for the text you highlighted. You can even edit the text before searching.
This is what the azb search looks like in the SSS options: https://forums.azbilliards.com/search/837462/?q={searchTerms}

No need for an app. Google has done this for probably 15 years. Search: site:azbilliards.com "KEYWORDS"

Works for most sites, including Craigslist.

what do you need help with specifically?

Here is a predator truesplice i was working on recently.
The phenolic face is just a paper thin cap, with loads of epoxy sitting underneath.

I was thinking about changing the shaft insert thread (thin phenolic like the one in your picture) from radial to 3/8 10. I've never drilled or bored phenolic, done a number of them using maple. I was just going to use a mini carbide boring bar to get it out to about .5", plug it with maple and tap for 3/8 10. It's my own shaft so if the maple doesn't work out I can always try a different material. I'm assuming the phenolic is over .5" but I don't really know, guess I'd find out though. Any input is welcome. Thanks
