they have an advantage in actually having 14.1 leagues.. and sheer numbers. but good on them. arseni did ok. and linnea still has the chance on the women's side

Yes I have to agree and one of the reasons is that most young players don't play the game anymore. There was a time when 14.1 EC used to have handful of single inning runs, for instance when Jasmin Ouschan won the 14.1 EC title back in the day, she ran 75-out both semifinal and finals. Or Hohmann winning the 2002 EC with a tournament average run of 50.
