Extension Adapter

Apologies if this has been recently asked (I sorta remember a thread about this but I can't find it.)

What parts would I need to fashion an adapter for cues with the butt bumper attached to the butt via the weight bolt? I have a series of cues (Adam, Orchid, and Helmstetter) that all seem to use the same butt bumper attachment, that is, a long screw that goes into the weight bolt. Are parts available to screw into the weight bolt, which would allow an extension to be screwed into it (and still have the rubber bumper, or "a" rubber bumper)? If such parts exist, where can I get them?

See photos attached. Thanks much.

Thanks but I have no tools to make such a thing. I was hoping there would be off-the-shelf pieces that would work.

Edit: I play. I am not a cue maker. 😀

The depth, shape and diameter of the hole for the bolt varies quite a bit between different cues. Creating an adapter that would fit more than one or two specific brands would be pretty difficult.
A lot of leverage can be created at that joint with an extension, and anything short of actually rebuilding that area risks damage if the cue is ever dropped onto the extension at an angle.

Ok. Thanks for the info. 👍

I will ask my local cue maker if he can fashion something for me. (He made my custom cue for which the extension in the photos fits.)
