JOSS CATALOGS

Does anyone have any Joss catalogs/flyers/photos of its offerings at the 2005 Valley Forge Super Expo? I am particularly interested in Joss's "custom" cues offered by it at this sale or shortly thereafter.

Further, did Joss ordinarily construct "custom" cues "on spec" or were they all "bespoke"?

I am seeking information on cue(s) with the same, or similar, butts like this one:

I don't believe they offered flyers at this time. They were primarily on the web by this point.

I'm pretty sure the most answer you'll get is the same you posted on Sept 20, 2022. If the owner of the company couldn't tell you more, what more information could we provide?

I keep hoping. Like my Pa told me as a teenager heading for a dance -- "BB, if you never ask, you will never dance." Plus, new people join AZ every day.

The real answer to why I continue my inquiries is the same reason that I bought the cue: I had never seen a cue with a butt designed or constructed like this one -- to me it is a unique design. So I bought it and began asking questions.

4 YEARS after the cue maker gave you an answer.

maybe listen to the man who owns the company.
Janes response was not certain. In fact, he apologized for the indecisiveness of his answer:

"Sorry for the indecisiveness in my answers but I'm not sure about this cue.
It tells me that it was a custom sold at a show, this leads me to think that there was only ONE made."

Janes did give me his best opinion for which I am very grateful, and I could, of course, just "take the win" and accept that I own a one of a kind cue, but something in me causes me to continue my inquiry.

I haven’t looked through this thread until now. As I said in another thread I may have to pick up the phone and order a custom. I am pretty sure I’ll do that in the next year. Need some ideas, but I’ll also be asking for guidance from Stephen. Looking at their old catalogs and their gallery is helpful. I still feel kinda dumb waiting as long as I did before getting my first Joss.

Better late than never. I suggest looking through the online gallery at Josscues.com and the archives. There are lots of styles and designs out there. Stephen and Corinne are very nice folks. I think you'll enjoy the phone call.
