To be honest it's hard to impossible as there so many variations to a model.
There are so many different rings and diamond shapes and different materials and colors combinations so very hard to tell.
Looking again at your image vs different images online, I think yours is actually an STL19 because of the logo, I think that the SL line a more curly "S"

I think Schon renamed / combined models into different lines over the years. I have an SL19 that has been called an STL17 in different catalogs.
