I decided to video a set yesterday. 7-2 win I dogged an easy 9 ball or it would have been 7-1.
I played in a tournament a couple weeks ago and my Fargo went up to 635. 9ft Diamond 4.5 pro cut pockets.
7-1 win over the 9 ball ghost today. No video I haven’t recorded a set in a very long time. Funny part was I was up 5-1 had 3 balls on the table and the tip flew off my shaft so I had to get out my spare shaft. It’s basically the same but it has a much harder tip on it. I got the 3 balls out to...
Two guys were woofing one day when one guy offered the other guy the 8. The other guy replied
“I’ll get down on my hands and knees and crawl naked all the way to your place for that game”. It was about 50 miles away
Two guys were playing in a tournament. One guy left hisself tough on the 7 ball he walked around the table for at least 5 minutes and still hadn’t shot. His opponent said. “ We’re both going to be in the nursing home before you shoot”
It wasn’t really the score that bothers me. It’s all the games where I should get out and just blow it.
I know what you mean about the competition. I’ve haven’t played much competitive pool all year. I have a solid 620 player who used to practice 2-3 times a week with me but he’s had back and...
I played quite a bit more pool this month trying to get back in stroke from not playing much most of the summer. Started the month off playing terrible and got in the hole 15 games against the ghost.
Finally started playing decent and had one good day and I managed to catch up. However with 3...
I don’t know much about cues. I did know the model number because I used to play with a stl 15 for years and my buddy played with a stl 18 actually he still plays with it. I know at some point Schon stopped putting the two dots above the O. I don’t know if at some point they started putting...
That’s the STL 18 or CX24 model. I can’t remember how you can distinguish the difference in the two cues. The CX models were made for cuesticks international I think. Maybe this will help narrow down the year it was made
You were talking about how the balls were spread out. Those balls are spread out plenty good enough to run out. I know the position of the cue ball isn’t ideal but you’re not going to have a shot after every single break. Like I stated pros only break and run about 30% of the time. If they fail...
The spreads look fine. They are both very runable maybe not from where the cue ball is but nothing wrong with the way the balls are spread out.
The pros average about 30% B n R. That means they fail 70% of the time. Us amateurs can’t expect to get anywhere near that percentage.
Even the...
They just had a 10 ball tournament like this a couple weeks ago. Really wasn’t much difference in watching a normal 10 ball tournament nor did change the outcome. The tournament was won by the highest Fargo rated player.
