Well obviously less congestion with a lower # of balls on the table , but breaking dry means the incoming player has a full rack and yet the runout % was higher then the breaker continuing after a successful break.
Played a guy cheap 8 ball moving the coin. Flat top Valley just recovered and played quite well. If either of us broke and made a ball or balls we only ran out maybe 20%. Now if we made more balls , 4 or more , the % was probably 75%.
