Really think I am on to something here. Using an open bridge more and getting down to where my chin hits my stick. I think I see the shot line better this way. Played well 3 days in a row using this.
That is the great thing about the game though. Set goals. Go for 25, then go for 50, etc. And, if you are shooting mostly easy shots, very doable. My advice is to watch straight pool, especially old school, and see how they nudge balls. Don't try to blast the balls.
Hard to tell angles, but I wouldn't go into the balls without hitting low. That is why I questioned possibly just playing position and using a level cue. I hit the point though, so not like I missed by much.
I don't think so. I just record most of the time. I just only post if I run like 50. I don't record when I have say only an hour to spare. I think through things a bit better when not recording I think though.
I love it. You learn so much. Only game you can play by yourself and you have a way to show you are improving; the higher the run, or even better your average run, the better you are getting. You can establish goals, like run 25 and then run 50 and maybe eventually 100, etc. Those goals kept...
Seems smart. Chase that dream. She reminds me of another girl from the past; Kara Wroldson. She was a phenom in the 90s. She went on to college and got some finance job making like $100K a year or so I heard. Sofia has pool to fall back on if it doesn't work out.
49 Ball run. Thoughts on what I should have done at the end? I didn't like that shot. Best opportunity I think, but maybe I should have played position, since I disliked it so much.
42 today. I may post the video later. Typically just do that on runs of 50 or more, but I was pretty proud of how I kept it going and I know I played one not typical breakshot. I am going save it I think and watch it, so may post it.
71 Ball Run. I think I played the last keyball right and just did not hit it hard enough, but if there was a better way, please share. I thought it was too straight to go 1 rail.
Ran 55 yesterday. I really don't understand this foul talk in this forum, because the rules on this thread say cueball fouls only. I would like to see more posts about runs, critiques, etc. Thanks. Brian
