How do you say that so confidently? It certainly looks like a skid to me, and from what I have heard, Justin uses Master chalk. Dirt and chalk both have been known to cause skids. In that environment, I would suspect chalk before dirt.

You didn't address the original complaint about the chalk... Which was a (possible) skid caused by Master chalk.

Yes growing pains can be tough. And yes they have been in business for 50 years. They have new owners for a few years now. They have been working to improve quality, and customer service. Only this year did they start working on introducing some new models. They are remodeling, updating...

They are having growing pains. I can assure you that they do care about customer service.
