Thanks for the glowing endorsement! We spent over a year developing them and another year of having local players put them through the paces before making any of the claims we do or making them available to the public. We had just 1 question for the 100+ players testing them. "Is there ANYTHING...
We tell our customers that machined "file" type scuffers or tappers don't work well with the Recoil Tips. Any abrasive scuffers (like gator grip type) or needles work great.
They said the same thing about wood golf clubs 100 years ago, wood tennis rackets, wood hockey sticks, and tube TVs. CF shafts are already cheaper to make than wood so it's just a matter of time before sub $100 cues will come standard with CF.
Agreed, 2P-10 has 4000 psi shear strength which is about double Gorilla or Loctite. I write the date on the bottle once I open in and throw it away after 2 months. I also keep it refrigerated as much as possible.
Try the 2P-10 with a pad. This way if it falls off again you will know if the tip comes off the pad or the ferrule comes off the cue where your problem is. I sent you a DM also.

Our new re-formulated soft will not mushroom or require any type of "break-in" period. Our Medium and Hard will perform better than the soft and will transfer more energy to the cueball.
I make good tips but suck at Shopify site optimization! I'll try to get the product listing on the first page and I'll update my about info here with the website link. THANKS
The guy that created the video got it a little wrong (maybe a slight misunderstanding). Only the SOFT has been re-formulated to resist mushrooming. The Hard and Med have not been changed
Thanks for the informative review. I play with the green and what you experienced with the 3 hardnesses is exactly what we have discovered as well. I played with medium leather tips for the last 20 years and now I will never trade anything for the green recoil. We are still 50/50 whether or not...
After looking closer, those lines look like the tip was scored with a razor prior to install and you are seeing the scoring lines magnified through the curvature of the tip.
