    Cue Tip Compression

Recoil tips cannot be compressed. They spring back to their original shape and hardness if compressed. As far as your other question goes....that is above my pay grade! :ROFLMAO:

I'm bad at math but it sounds like you pay $4.40 each and $20 for install so if a Recoil tip lasts twice as long you're about even and if it lasts 3 times longer, you're way ahead. But stick with what works for you. I played with pressed elkmasters for 30 years before I found anything I liked...

100 years ago people said the same thing about switching away from wood golf club shafts and heads 🤷‍♂️

I have one on my Carmeli I have been testing for 2 years. Still as good as the day I put it on. How did you know you wouldn't have to cut the ultraskin tip off in a few days the first time you tried it?

What they do better than leather is they will never flatten or mushroom. The consistency is much better plus they don't get harder as you play with them. ALL leather tips compress as they wear down causing them to play harder and "glaze" making them more prone to miscue. We've all experienced...

    NEW Bulletproof Synthetic Playing Tips.

True! I know tips can get quite hot during the installation process but we have no way to tell if the crack was caused from heat or something in the manufacturing process.

    NEW Bulletproof Synthetic Playing Tips.

We have players who use them to play/break with. They won't break as good as a proper break tip, but they won't flatten or mushroom from breaking either.

When you scuff them they have a fibrous texture. Way pricey? We are priced in the same range as Kamui and Zan but ours will last 10X longer :)

PM your address and we'll send you another. We guarantee these tips for life. We have had a couple other people let us know that their tip developed cracks but we have not been able to pinpoint a cause for this. Maybe heat, maybe cold 🤷‍♂️ we're not sure but we're working on it.

    Cue Tip Compression

What I will say is, that you're trying to transfer energy to the cueball for spin and draw and a softer tip cushions and absorbs energy, creating less transfer to the cueball. Sure there are players that have a good eenough stroke to overcome this but I cannot. For a 5 diamond distance draw I...

If you get that type of press do not get the concaved one. Concave will make the edges harder but not the center...then you install and trim off the hardend pressed edges and you defeated the purpose of pressing. Be sure to get the press that is flat...thank me later! LOL

    NEW Bulletproof Synthetic Playing Tips.

THANKS for your honest review of our tips! We need more word of mouth from people actually using them. The biggest obstacle we encounter is that our claims are too good to be true, and people are tired of buying into the latest hype only to be disappointed. Maybe our new marketing campaign...

Thanks for the honest evaluation! We could never afford to pay for such a great review! THANK YOU for trusting us with your hard-earned money! For the record, you're not crazy...I stopped carrying Triangle tips years ago because more than 50% of them are bad out of the box. If you scratch your...

I use the old metal Tweeten tip sander with 80 grit sandpaper strip in it. Bend one end to a dime radius and then you are able to shape to dime towards the end, penny about 1.5-2" back and a nickel if you go back towards the center of the tool 2.5-3". We now make the Bulletproof Recoil Tip...

Are we all playing with the same leather (layered / solid) tip after 4-6 months?

Thanks for the glowing endorsement! We spent over a year developing them and another year of having local players put them through the paces before making any of the claims we do or making them available to the public. We had just 1 question for the 100+ players testing them. "Is there ANYTHING...

    HOW Tips

We tell our customers that machined "file" type scuffers or tappers don't work well with the Recoil Tips. Any abrasive scuffers (like gator grip type) or needles work great.

    Traditional wood shafts making comeback?

They said the same thing about wood golf clubs 100 years ago, wood tennis rackets, wood hockey sticks, and tube TVs. CF shafts are already cheaper to make than wood so it's just a matter of time before sub $100 cues will come standard with CF.

We reformulated the soft to perform better and the people playing with the medium and hard don't ever want to switch back to leather.
