    I played alot of billiards at N. Hollywood,but the best action and tables are at the 8 ball in LA and South Gate billiards,2 of the top 3 cushion joints in CA,the Elks club in Burbank used to be a number 1 stop also,but havnt been there since around 98,99

    5 Consecutive Racks Of 9 Ball

    I have ran 5 plus racks of 9 ball several times and never owned a pool cue better than a sp meucci or dufferin and used a house cue for most of my life other than for playing billiards.

    What annoys the most about some players?

    thats nothing,I new a guy that was atop player in socal,that eventually became homeless,but would show up the the ph form time to time and play for money getting backed of course and take the money down,sad thing is he wouldnt use it for a shower

    Vietnamese Billiards.

    I have played in alot of asian pool rooms where I have lived over the last 20 years(LA/NY/FLA/S.DIEGO and Boston)I have seen drive byes,knife fights and fist fights,but never had a single problem,I guess if your there to play pool and not looking for trouble or acting like a wise ass it will be ok

    Wow,that is alot compared to then,I played Johnny Ross and Harley both afew times,I played Johnny Floyd a whole bunch and at that time they had 1 billiard table but only a handfull of players,good times

    Thats a pretty good definition,I never thought of it that way.By the way,Jax seems like it has alot more pool rooms.I lived thier late eighties/early nineties and played at Harleys,I even played your friend Larry but we called him Johnny back then.Had a great time in Jax
