Where can you get a 3/8x14 tap

When I lived in Central Jersey 5 years ago.before I retired and moved to South Jersey They had a half dozen pool halls within 5 miles. Somebodys making money . Down here the closest hall is 20 miles away

Easy enough to check. They sell 5/16x18 thread bolts at every hardware store

So which one do you prefer

Anybody try them . And if so much difference than the regular rhino shaft

Forgot to ask. How much you have to spend. Tip repair you can just use a mini metal lathe or a taig lathe

I got some carbon fiber pads from OB a while ago.What were they used for?

Shaved one at least a dozen left. Eazy with a lathe. My biggest bitch was the 21.5mm overall joint diameter compared to my other shafts.

The Rhino I bought fit 4 out of 5 5/16x14 butts i had. The last one I shaved the last thread down to fit (maybe the pin was longer or the insert wasnt threaded enough) but it left a small gap between the shaft and butt before I trimmed it
