You are going to have to replace some wood to straighten it unless it is just a forearm joint problem warp.

Does the cue have a wrap? If so the handle can be replaced getting most of the warp out unless the warp is n the forearm itself. If the warp is severe and in the forearm it is a lost cause.

Yes use pin point steam right onto the dent. Rough it up with sand paper first so there is no finish or sealer in the dent.

Shim the bit up to exact center height and the tip will disappear. Lock the thumb screw down on the back of your carriage and it will face off without moving. Watch the DVD that came with your machine.
