I am a BCA member and normally have a decent game. Though at times I can run six racks and others not three balls. Through some reflection I believe the issue is with my aiming. I simply don't. When the stars align I shoot like god, but if i'm tired or preoccupied I am way off.

Not sure you have the right cue. The 2.9 had a Uni-loc Radial pin. Fairly decent. Newer models went to the Uni-Loc Bullet. That's just wrong for this cue. Think theres may have been the newer ones.

And with no other balls on the table after the cue ball comes to a complete stop
you shoot the cue ball into a pocket you would loose????
You won because you legally pocketed the game ball. But you forfeited that win by asking for a ruling from someone that obviously does not understand the game.

If you are using an activated two part glue such as epoxy the curing process's by product is heat. The small amount of wax left behind is absorbed into the epoxy and will soften the overall compound slightly. As you do not want a brittle epoxy this actually works in your favor.
