    Choosing a Sysytem

I am a BCA member and normally have a decent game. Though at times I can run six racks and others not three balls. Through some reflection I believe the issue is with my aiming. I simply don't. When the stars align I shoot like god, but if i'm tired or preoccupied I am way off. I have never...

Wantd - Poison Jump break Vx 2.9

Not sure you have the right cue. The 2.9 had a Uni-loc Radial pin. Fairly decent. Newer models went to the Uni-Loc Bullet. That's just wrong for this cue. Think theres may have been the newer ones.

Opinions? Should I have won this game or lost? League operator ruled against me.

I beg to differ. Nine is down. Cue ball stops. GAME OVER. What happens next is not part of the game.

Extrapolating from the league operators call. If you shot a game with no handicap, and legally pocket the last ball. And with no other balls on the table after the cue ball comes to a complete stop you shoot the cue ball into a pocket you would loose????

You won because you legally pocketed the game ball. But you forfeited that win by asking for a ruling from someone that obviously does not understand the game.

So where do you buy supplies from?

There are several large wholesale suppliers and they all claim to have the best price for the best product. Do you hunt and pick the lowest $ for every item or do you prefer the ease of one stop shopping?

    Instruction

A friend of mine has asked my opinion on instructional videos. I own none and so have no opinion. I was wondering what the forum would suggest as the best investment for a complete training course. Basic to advanced.

    Ferrule tennon threads

If you are using an activated two part glue such as epoxy the curing process's by product is heat. The small amount of wax left behind is absorbed into the epoxy and will soften the overall compound slightly. As you do not want a brittle epoxy this actually works in your favor. But do not use...
